About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated full-time Manual QA Tester to join our software development team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating our software products to ensure they meet specified standards and requirements. This position is remote, and candidates must be available in the EST time zone.
Responsibilities
— Review and understand product requirements and specifications
— Develop and execute test plans and test cases, including cross-platform and cross-browser testing
— Identify and report defects and issues using tools such as JIRA
— Work with the development team to resolve defects as part of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
— Participate in project planning and risk assessments
— Review and provide feedback on product documentation
— Participate in product demonstrations and presentations
— Ability to perform in a high-paced work environment and handle multiple projects at a time
Requirements
— Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
— Ability to work independently and remotely
— Good English communication skills
— Experience with programming or software development is a plus
— Familiarity with testing tools and techniques is a plus
— Experience with the SDLC and JIRA is a must
— Experience with cross-platform and cross-browser testing is a plus
— Availability in the EST time zone
