Manufacturing Recruiter/ Industrial Recruiter

Job Description:
Sincera Talent Partners is seeking a talented and experienced Manufacturing Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting for manufacturing roles, with a deep understanding of the industry and its unique talent requirements.

Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with the Manager to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies tailored to the manufacturing industry.
· Source, screen, and interview candidates for various manufacturing positions, including but not limited to production operators, technicians, engineers, supervisors, and managers.
· Utilize a variety of recruiting techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract top talent in the manufacturing field.
· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.
· Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform recruitment strategies and ensure alignment with company objectives.
· Partner with the Manager to continuously improve recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience.

Requirements:
· Experience in recruiting for manufacturing roles is required.
· 3 years of experience in recruiting for manufacturing roles, preferably in Plastics Manufacturing, Chemical Manufacturing, Electronics, Automotive.
· Proven ability to effectively source, screen, and select candidates using a variety of recruitment methods.
· Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, processes, and job functions.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams.
· Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality talent within tight deadlines.
· Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools/software.
