ManyChat Amazon Review Gatherer!

We are seeking an experienced person to help in promoting our products by engaging with potential customers, primarily via online communities and social media groups. Your main task will be to identify and engage with individuals who may be interested in trying out our products and sharing their honest 5-star reviews on Amazon. This role requires strict compliance with Amazon’s Terms of Service (ToS) and a high level of discretion and professionalism.

This job has the potential to become a manager of several people, quickly. For the first 3 months, you will start to develop a system of your own. Then, after, you will manage people who are doing your system.

Responsibilities:

0. Make & manage complex ManyChat funnels
1. Search for suitable online communities, social media groups, and forums that have a high potential of interest in our products.
2. Proactively engage with members of these communities, promoting the benefits of our products.
3. Offer interested individuals the opportunity to try out our product(s), making it clear that we value their honest feedback on Amazon.
4. Maintain a record of all potential reviewers and ensure that the product(s) are sent to them in a timely manner.
5. Follow up with individuals who have received the product(s) to check on their experience and encourage them to share their honest review on Amazon.
6. Provide weekly progress reports detailing the status of product promotion and review acquisition.
7. Strictly adhere to all Amazon ToS, ensuring all interactions are in compliance with these rules.

Required Skills and Experience:

1. Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role involving product promotion and customer interaction.
2. Familiarity with the Amazon platform, its review system, and an understanding of the Amazon ToS.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively and professionally with online community members.
4. Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and effective time management skills.
5. Proficient in using various social media platforms and online forums to identify potential product reviewers.
6. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive tasks with discretion and professionalism.

This role involves promoting our products and encouraging honest reviews. It is not a task to manipulate or coerce individuals into providing 5-star reviews. The VA must strictly adhere to Amazon ToS at all times and under no circumstances should attempt to incentivize or compensate for reviews in violation of these rules. The aim is to engage people who would genuinely be interested in our product(s), provide them with an opportunity to try these, and cultivate an environment conducive to receiving organic, legitimate customer reviews.
