We’re looking for a big-thinking, creative Website and Digital Content Manager with expertise building and maintaining a best-in-class website, superb content creation, writing skills, and social media management skills, and meticulous attention to detail to join our team. In this new role, your first big task will be leading a strategic project to update and optimize our website and web content, leveraging your knowledge of web best practice, business trends and new technologies such as AI.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
1. Owning a long term, scalable web and social media strategy in collaboration with other stakeholders and team members to ensure ongoing implementation of best practices
2. Creating a content optimization process for content updates, elimination of redundant or duplicate information, prioritizing pages for updates, ensuring content consistency and accuracy, and establishing web content reviews with stakeholders and contributors from different parts of the company
3. Managing internal and external resources to develop and execute a full website revamp that aligns with the company’s brand guidelines
4. Working closely with other internal business units to ensure open lines of communications for a clear understanding of how the website can support their business priorities
5. Collaborating with other members of the team and other to align on objectives, KPIs and approach for priority projects and campaigns, including monitoring and optimizing results for search, social media, email campaigns and other digital channels to drive traffic and increase conversions
6. Create engaging text, image and video content for the social media, website as well as for newsletters, brochures, posters, and advertising.
7. Establishing an SEO strategy and framework to ensure the website and social media channels are optimized for increasing brand equity, engagement and to improve visibility and attract organic traffic
8. Overseeing and creating wireframes and new pages to drive intended actions (e.g., conversion, engagement)
9. Constantly monitoring and analyzing web and social channels performance, including tracking and analyzing detailed user behavior and engagement to improve customer experience and conversion rates
10. Providing regular reporting, analytics and insights using a variety of reporting tools
11. Keeping up to date with industry best practices, trends and monitoring competitor websites
12. Managing team capacity and deliverables, ensuring projects are on time and on brief
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
1. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
2. Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills for the development of strategic plans, briefing notes and presentations to the leadership team and other stakeholders
3. Demonstrated ability to create effective, engaging web and social media content
4. Problem-solving skills to analyze situations, determine the causes and provide appropriate resolutions for a variety of website issues
