Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Social Media Digital Marketing Assistant. You will be working during Pacific Time and exclusively for us across our various businesses. In this role, you will be responsible for executing effective digital marketing strategies to promote our automobile brands (luxury car dealership, body shop, and mechanic shop) and engage with our target audience. You will work closely with your superior to develop and implement social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement. Your efforts will also take into account the insights from our own analytics tools used in the US automotive industry. You will be trained across several of our internal processes.

It is expected of you to demonstrate quantifiable results, keeping your superior informed of what digital marketing strategies are working, how effective they are, what strategies aren’t working and back these up with numbers.

Responsibilities:

· Create compelling and engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube, tailored to our automobile brands.
· Develop and execute social media campaigns to promote our automobile brands, products, and services.
· Monitor social media channels for trending topics, industry news, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for engagement and brand promotion.
· Collaborate with the team to develop innovative strategies to attract and engage our target audience. · Utilize social media analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of our social media campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to management.
· Monitoring and reviewing competitors’ activities to identify opportunities for engagement and growth.
· Effectively merchandising the vehicles in vAuto. Coordinating with performance managers at vAuto and to make sure our car dealership website is aligned with current trends.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and emerging platforms in social media and digital marketing. · Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
· Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, and budget optimization.
· Support businesses in organizing and promoting online events, contests, and other digital initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
· Creating content structure to ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms. · Optimize all the business websites for SEO.

Requirements:

· Ability to work Pacific Time Zone. · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
· Strong understanding of SEO and SEM practices, Google Analytics, and other social media algorithms.
· Proven experience in managing social media platforms and executing digital marketing campaigns, preferably in the automobile industry.
· In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. · Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
· Creative mindset with the ability to develop visually appealing and engaging content.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
· Familiarity with graphic design tools and content creation platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.
· Understanding of SEO and SEM strategies.
· Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to implement tracking solutions across various digital platforms and devices.
· Passion for automobiles and a good understanding of the automobile market is a plus.
