Position Overview:
As a Marketer, your primary focus will be on developing and executing marketing strategies to promote
our real estate services, listings, and brand. You will work closely with the marketing team to plan and
implement a variety of marketing campaigns and initiatives that generate leads, engage our target
audience, and ultimately contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with our
business objectives, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
2. Content Creation: Create compelling and informative marketing content, including property listings,
blog posts, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
3. Digital Advertising: Plan and manage online advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC)
advertising, social media advertising, and email marketing.
4. Offline Marketing: Explore and execute offline marketing initiatives such as print advertising, direct
mail campaigns, and networking events.
5. Client Engagement: Engage with clients and prospects to build strong relationships, gather feedback,
and address inquiries.
6. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on real estate trends, competition, and
customer preferences.
7. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide
regular reports with key insights and recommendations for improvement.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
1. Real Estate Knowledge: A solid understanding of the real estate industry, market dynamics, and the
home buying/selling process.
2. Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies
and campaigns, preferably in the real estate sector.
3. Content Creation: Strong writing skills and the ability to create engaging and informative content for
various marketing channels.

4. Digital Marketing: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, social
media advertising, email marketing, and marketing automation.
5. Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey our
value proposition to clients and prospects.
6. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use analytics tools to measure the
effectiveness of marketing efforts.
7. Client-Focused: A customer-centric mindset and the ability to build and maintain strong client
relationships.

Education and Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
– Proven experience in marketing roles, with at least 2 years in a similar position, preferably in the real
estate industry.
