Job Description

FOR FRACTIONAL MARKETING SERVICES
Develop overall marketing strategy & execution for all social media to include but not limited to: Facebook, FB Groups, FB Ads, Instagram, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube for our Fractional Marketing clients
Build & manage marketing calendar for fractional marketing clients
Conduct Needs Analysis
Create and send Proposals
Develop new services to serve our client
Build and manage marketing team
Drive Revenue & Profitability
Business Development. Work with CEO to create and develop strategies to acquire new business.

FOR YRL COMPANY MARKETING:
Develop overall marketing strategy & execution for all social media to include but not limited to: Facebook, FB Groups, FB Ads, Instagram, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube
Build & manage marketing calendar
Drive engagement and followings across all social media platforms
Work with CEO to design & implement CRM campaigns and funnels to increase referrals and conversion
Weekly reporting of lead conversion through digital marketing
Market webinars and events
Oversee company website

The Marketing Partner leads and manages our Marketing Department to create, implement, and own marketing and branding content across multiple platforms including but not limited to the company website and landing pages, social media, blogs, and email drip campaigns in our database (GoHighLevel), as well as print and digital collateral.

The Marketing Partner is responsible for generating leads and ensuring company content needs are being met with quick turnaround times regarding requests from 5 different departments while continually presenting new ideas to increase engagement among the Clients and Consumers we serve.

This role requires the ability to research and creatively repurpose content from company recordings and external sources into many pieces of sub-content such as blogs, promotional video clips, and shorter video segments for social media posts and/or email campaigns. The ideal candidate is highly creative with a passion for producing quality content, able to think outside the box, and has the ability to self-start all while managing multiple projects to meet strict deadlines with often quick turnaround times so being able to manage multiple projects on quick deadlines as well as the ability to plan ahead for content is paramount.

Success in this role is highly determined by the quality of leads generated and the value of the content created through quality two-way engagement increase across all social media and email platforms, the number of new leads added to our sales database tied to marketing efforts, and the ability to cohesively work with multiple departments to create deadline-sensitive content.
