Key Responsibilities:
* General Marketing: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
* Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
* Client Growth: Actively seek opportunities to grow our client base through various outreach and networking efforts.
* Social Media Management: Utilize social media platforms effectively to promote our brand, engage with the audience, and increase reputation.

* Email Campaigns: Organize and execute mass mailings using email software, ensuring timely product updates to our clientele.
* Design and Multimedia:
* Create visually appealing graphics using design software.
* Edit videos for various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram reels, and shorts.
* Client Follow-up: Regularly touch base with clients to gather reviews, feedback, and assess potential for further collaborations.
* Job Postings: Oversee and manage job postings, ensuring they reach the right audience.
* Industry Awareness: Stay updated with construction industry trends, integrating relevant insights into marketing and client management strategies.
* Design Aesthetics: Use a keen eye for design to ensure all visual materials align with our brand’s aesthetics and ethos.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in marketing, client relations, or a similar role.
* Strong proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
* Video editing skills, particularly for short-form content like reels.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A deep understanding of the construction industry is a plus.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize based on business needs.
* Strong aesthetic sense aligned with our brand’s values and vision.
