We are on the hunt for a Marketing & Accounts Coordinator to step into a generalist marketing role with work across a handful of different brands, with excellent scope to grow. This role is suitable for someone with a 2-5 year experience in Marketing, who is willing to continue learn new things each day and challenge themselves in a dynamic and ever-changing marketing world.
About this role
This is a new and exciting role with the purpose of supporting our client’s growth plans in Australia. Working closely with The Embassy Director and social team to assist with the marketing strategy and execute the regional marketing plan in order to grow patient numbers and awareness in Australia.
Job Description:
We are seeking a full-time Marketing & Accounts Coordinator to join our expanding team. In this role, you will work closely with our marketing professionals, account managers, and clients to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns and the delivery of exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include managing client accounts, coordinating marketing initiatives, and providing administrative support to ensure the success of our projects.
1. Regional marketing plan and execution – assist in managing marketing activities including:
* Assist in implementing regional campaigns within the Australian market
* Liaise with internal & external agency and coordinate media content and schedules
* Ensure that brand guidelines are maintained and all marketing collateral is up to date
* Support in ensuring the marketing calendar is up to date and are clearly communicated to the agency teams
* Production and management of marketing assets – digital and print
* Conferences, trade-shows and other events planning as required.
* Implement and manage an event calendar
2. Digital marketing campaign support – assist in the implementations of the client’s digital marketing activity including social media, website, eDM, digital campaigns and mobile.
* Assist in the development of quality and relevant content with internal & external stakeholders
* Manage website content and maintenance via CMS
* Social media management across multiple brands and ensure key campaigns and messages are amplified through social channels.
* Assist in monthly reporting
3. Support Sales and Business Development –
* Provide marketing support to the client’s BD team help drive revenue generating activity within the sales and business development department.
* Working with internal / external graphic designers to manage licensee/franchisee marketing requirements including collateral, signage, banners, digital marketing etc
* Support corporate events and trade-shows
4. General marketing administration – monitor and action ad hoc internal and external requests for marketing support.
* Monitor and action marketing email inbox
* Monitor and action marketing collateral orders
* Coordinate marketing requests from the business
* Manage sponsorship requests
* Manage online reviews, Google My Business etc
* Management complaints and resolution
* Manage monthly recall process via multiple channels
* Be prepared to get involved in any other projects that the business requires for growth
Requirements:
* 2-5 years of experience in marketing, account management, or a related field.
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a relevant discipline.
* Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
* Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
