Marketing Admin

Role and Responsibilities
• Assist in the creation and/or editing of blog posts
• Deliver themed email campaigns surrounding monthly subject matter
• Create and contribute regularly to posts on social media
• Develop social media strategy and plan to drive lead generation
• Implement and maintain system to monitor and report on MQL and SQL cost and source
• Edit and publish bi-weekly podcast
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful marketing strategy
• Maintain and publish new content on website

Skills and Requirements
• Experience with social media management and content creation
• Experience with marketing for an accounting firm or managed IT services provider
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices
• General product knowledge of ActiveCampaign, Canva, FlipSnack, Simplecast, Buffer, or comparable software
• Basic audio editing and knowledge around podcast distribution
• Basic understanding of WordPress and website management

Who we are looking for:
• Our Marketing Admin must understand our brand and utilize guerilla marketing strategies to engage with members of the accounting industry. This person should consider themselves a self-starter, be unafraid of failure, and take risks. They must be able to work independently and in a team environment. It is not necessary to have worked in an accounting firm previously, but this might come in handy if there was experience in the space.

Education:
• High School or equivalent is required
