The Marketing Admin at Phoenix Water Solutions is responsible for bringing marketing projects to life, from conception to execution. This role involves utilizing various marketing tools and resources to create impactful marketing materials. The Marketing Admin will play a vital role in supporting the marketing department by implementing creative ideas and strategies.
Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Admin must possess a creative eye and a solid understanding of general marketing principles. The ability to work independently and effectively use marketing design tools is crucial. This position requires a blend of creativity and practical marketing skills, aligning with the company’s values of innovation, respect, and ownership, to contribute to the overall marketing efforts of the company.

Outcomes (Within First Six Months):

Successfully complete at least five marketing projects from outline to execution.
Develop and produce a range of top-notch marketing materials, achieving a positive feedback rate of 90% from internal reviews.
Demonstrate proficiency in using at least three different marketing design tools.
Implement creative designs that increase engagement by 20% on selected marketing platforms.
Develop a system for efficiently managing and tracking marketing projects.
Conduct a monthly analysis of marketing material performance, providing insights for improvement.
Collaborate effectively with the Marketing Manager to align on marketing strategies and objectives.
Organize and maintain an updated database of all marketing materials and resources.
Complete a professional development course in marketing design or a related field.
Implement at least two innovative marketing initiatives that align with company branding.
