Job Description

We are currently looking for a Remote Marketing Admin Assistant to undertake the following tasks:
*Email campaigns to both property owners and guests
-Coordinate with MM to plan topic and content for weekly guest email newsletter
-Develop and send campaigns and submit to MM for approval
-Scheduling send date/times and tracking results to refine future campaigns
-Maintain email list hygiene

*Company Website & Microsites
-Assist in ensuring all company-websites are operational and error free via routine testing.
-Create lead specific landing pages for guests and owners as directed by MM.
-Generate blog posts (Minimum 1 per month, 2000-3000 words in length)
-Pursue local lodging partnerships and linking from local organizations including colleges, camps, and non-profit organizations.

*Handle property photo updates on company websites and all listing sites
-Post Matterport 3D tours, and floor plans as received and in a timely manner
-Post, label and order photos to our company standardized format

*Track key metrics via daily, weekly, monthly, and one-off reports
-Empty Units Report (Weekly)
-Newsletter Result Tracking (Weekly)

*Assist MM in data research, collection, and analysis as needed, including, but not limited to:
-Lead usage analysis and report
-Campaign efficiency analysis and report
-Unit efficiency
-Competition tracking
-Market research

*Tracking and updating external advertisements
-Review 3rd party listings periodically and ensure photo ordering is in sync with the company’s website listing.
-Adjust channel short descriptions seasonally to highlight the best attributions of the home over that booking season.
-Respond to all guest reviews on Airbnb and VRBO, 4 stars or better, thanking guests for their feedback and patronage
-Request reviews from prior Airbnb and VRBO guests who haven’t left feedback yet.

*Perform various administrative tasks such as:
-Tasks assigned in Basecamp (new properties/terminating properties, and others)
-Administer review/request processing system
-Work to remove unfavorable reviews on Airbnb and VRBO using channel TOS as justification.

*Assist in Owner Recruitment
-Create custom mailers at the direction of the MM for high end homes in and around Asheville, NC.
-Reach out to listing agents of high-end properties offering to provide vacation proformas as a selling tool.
-Refresh realtor email lists quarterly for all realtors operating within our area.

*Various other tasks (either one-off or recurring) as needed and requested by management

? Associate degree preferred, or relevant experience

– An outgoing, positive and confident personality; lively and happy to troubleshoot problems if any are encountered.
– Excellent English written communication skills, and average to excellent verbal communication skills.
– Strong computer literacy skills, particularly with Windows, MS Office Suite, and Google Suite.
– Great time management skills, and the ability to work independently once trained.
– A background in hospitality is preferred.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

30MBPS or higher internet speed
i5 or higher processor
Minimum of 8 GB RAM
Private and quiet dedicated home office area (no roosters, dogs, children’s noises in the background)
Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)
