Responsibilities:
As a Virtual Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance our brand’s visibility and engagement. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Creating engaging designs for social media platforms to promote our brand and services.
Developing and executing customer branding initiatives to strengthen our market presence.
Utilizing ChatGPT and other AI tools to generate content and marketing ideas.
Editing videos and photos to create high-quality marketing materials.
Making social media posts that will be reviewed and approved by management.
Collaborating with the executive team to prepare marketing reports and analyze campaign performance.
Conducting daily research on current market trends and competitors to keep us informed and ahead in the market.
Assisting in the improvement of our website using Squarespace to create a more engaging user experience.
Working on website development to enhance user engagement and functionality.
Focusing on generating positive Google reviews and other online reviews to maintain and improve our reputation.
Providing insights and suggestions to management on ways to enhance media exposure and brand awareness.
Skills:
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications and skills:
Proven experience in a marketing specialist role or similar position.
Proficiency in MS Office, as well as knowledge of OneDrive and Google Applications.
Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools.
Ability to use AI tools like ChatGPT for content creation and ideation.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and branding strategies.
Experience in video and photo editing.
Artistic skills and creativity in design.
Experience in website development.
Analytical abilities and aptitude for problem-solving.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in utilizing the following programs: Squarespace, Adobe Photoshop, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
