We’re currently looking for an Admin/Marketing Support professional to join our team. Working on a range of tasks that help make things run smoothly!
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES
Your daily responsibilities would include:
1. Manage and update marketing reports
2. Organise the emails that come in, responding, forwarding or removing
3. Manage and oversee the database and email campaigns, sending campaigns and setting up automations
4. Assist with LinkedIn lead generation
5. Website management
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS
To do this job, you’ll need:
• Email campaign management and automation setup
• Proficiency in updating websites
• Marketing report management
SOFT SKILLS

WORK SCHEDULE AND HOLIDAYS
• This is a part time position up to 3 hours per day, with the possibility to go to 4 hours. The hours are flexible but preferable that you work during standard Australian business hours (9am -5pm). You will also need to be available every Monday (afternoon AEST time) for our weekly meeting.
• After the 6-month probation period, you’ll qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves. We observe most national holidays.
