**Responsibilities:**
– Utilize GoHighLevel software to create, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
– Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
– Design and maintain websites, ensuring they are user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for performance.
– Manage back-end processes related to marketing operations, including email marketing, CRM management, and automation workflows.
– Execute Google and Facebook ad campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
– Track and analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
– Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback via various communication channels.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, content creators, and sales professionals, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
– Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
**Requirements:**
– Proven experience working as a Virtual Marketing Assistant or similar role.
– In-depth knowledge of GoHighLevel software and its functionalities.
– Proficiency in digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
– Strong graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
– Expertise in website design, development, and management, with proficiency in platforms like WordPress.
– Experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns, including audience targeting and ad optimization.
– Ability to analyze data using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager to drive data-driven decisions.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of English fluency.
– Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a strong customer-centric approach.
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
