As we continue to expand, we seek a dynamic and experienced Marketing Administrator to join our team and lead our sales lead generation and social media efforts.

Position Overview
The Marketing Administrator will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to generate sales leads and enhance our social media presence. This role requires a proactive and innovative individual with a strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson brand, coupled with a proven track record in driving marketing success.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Lead Generation:
Develop and implement effective lead generation campaigns across various digital platforms.
Optimize landing pages and lead capture forms to maximize conversion rates.
Utilize SEO, PPC, email marketing, and other digital marketing techniques to drive high-quality leads.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.
Social Media Management:

Manage and grow Momentum Holdings’ social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Create engaging content, including posts, videos, and graphics, that resonates with our target audience.
Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote events, special offers, and brand initiatives.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience feedback to continually improve our social media strategy.
Content Creation:

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce high-quality marketing materials.
Develop compelling copy for websites, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Ensure all content aligns with the Harley-Davidson brand and company messaging.
Data Analysis and Reporting:

Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing activities.
Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare regular reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on lead generation and social media management.
Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM systems.
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
Passion for motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson brand is a plus.
