Client Overview:
Our client, Amber, a leading expert in Home Service Marketing, is seeking a talented Marketing Administrator to join her dynamic remote team. With a mission to empower business owners to achieve their dreams, she focuses on developing strategic and impactful marketing plans.

Must be able to work between 9 am and 3 pm CST, Monday to Friday. 😀

Core Responsibilities:
– Perform light accounting tasks, including invoice processing and budget tracking.
– Generate and analyze marketing analytics reports to gauge campaign effectiveness.
– Create performance tracking reports for clients, and compile data into a presentation.
– Generate presentations and proposals from a templated process as needed.
– Take detailed meeting notes.
– Assist in developing and managing personal branding strategies for business founder.
– Create and manage a content calendar and personal branding campaign for the business founder
– Monitor online presence and engage with users on social media platforms.
– Implement email marketing campaigns for clients, including template design and distribution.
– Create basic graphic design content for marketing materials and digital platforms.
– Coordinate with team members to organize webinars, virtual events, and other marketing activities.
– Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, replying to emails, organizing files, and preparing reports related to marketing metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
– Proven experience in administrative support within a marketing or business context.
– Proficiency in marketing analytics and the ability to interpret and present data.
– Strong understanding of personal branding concepts and digital marketing strategies.
– Experience with email marketing tools and the capacity to execute campaigns.
– Basic graphic design skills and knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
– Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
