Position Overview:

Role: Social Media Marketing and Virtual Assistant
Type: Full-time/Part-time

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
Implement and optimize social media advertising campaigns on Facebook and TikTok to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Act as the ad manager for Facebook and TikTok ads, optimizing campaigns to achieve desired results.
Experience in creating, optimizing, and managing ads on social media platforms, with Google Ads experience being a plus.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize content performance and enhance audience engagement.
Provide outstanding customer support via phone, addressing inquiries, scheduling services, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Create estimates for services based on square footage using Google Earth.
Conduct constant email follow-up to maintain customer engagement and address inquiries.
Manage the President of the company’s calendar, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
Conduct Zoom meetings at least 3 times per week to discuss progress, strategies, and upcoming tasks.
Summarize daily activities, outlining completed tasks and pending projects.
Maintain a detailed calendar to ensure each project is completed on time and in order.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media marketing, customer service, and phone support.
Strong English speaking and communication skills.
Basic math skills, including addition and multiplication.
Proficiency in using Google Earth for estimating purposes.
Ability to manage Facebook and TikTok ad campaigns effectively.
Experience in organic growth management, including regular content posting on social media.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a virtual environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
