Responsibilities:

Affiliate Marketing:

Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, providing ongoing support, communication, and optimization recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling affiliate marketing campaigns, promotions, and incentives.
Monitor affiliate performance, track conversions, and analyze metrics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
Research and stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities in affiliate marketing.
Provide regular reporting on affiliate program performance and insights to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with affiliate marketing regulations, policies, and guidelines.

Drop Shipping:

Research, identify, and establish partnerships with reliable drop shipping suppliers and vendors.
Source and curate a range of products suitable for drop shipping in alignment with our target market.
Manage and maintain relationships with drop shipping partners, ensuring effective communication and timely order fulfillment.
Optimize order processing workflows to minimize delays and improve customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate inventory management and forecasting.
Monitor and analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Conduct regular performance evaluations of drop shipping partners to ensure adherence to quality and service standards.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in drop shipping.
Ensure compliance with drop shipping policies, regulations, and legal requirements.

Requirements:

Proven experience working as an Affiliate Marketing Specialist, Drop Shipping Specialist, or in similar roles.
Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
Experience in building and managing affiliate programs
In-depth understanding of drop shipping operations, including supplier sourcing, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with affiliates, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns, partnerships, and workflows simultaneously.
Familiarity with logistics, supply chain management processes, and customer service in an e-commerce setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with international affiliate marketing and drop shipping operations.
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies to support affiliate and drop shipping initiatives.
Understanding of SEO and content marketing strategies to drive organic traffic and conversions.
