POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking experienced and highly motivated cold callers with a background in cold calling. As a Cold Caller, you will play a vital role in identifying potential leads, initiating conversations, and nurturing relationships with prospective clients. Your primary responsibility will be to generate interest, and secure appointments for our real estate marketing agency. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven by commission-based earnings.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the real estate industry.
Effectively communicate the value of our real estate services and engage potential leads in meaningful conversations.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and progress in our CRM system.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience in cold calling is required.
Strong understanding of real estate terminology, processes, and market dynamics.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and engage with leads effectively.
Persuasive and confident phone presence with the ability to handle objections gracefully.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls and maintain a positive attitude.
Strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile to achieve results.
COMPENSATION:
This is a commission-based role with earnings tied to successful closings generated from your leads.
Earnings have the potential to be substantial, depending on your performance and the number of successful transactions.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own workspace.
You will be expected to make approximately 300 cold calls per day.
