Role and Responsibilities:

As an Outreach VA, your main responsibility will be to engage with online e-commerce brands within a specific size and niche. You’ll use various Instagram accounts to initiate direct messages (DMs) and present our services. You’ll be provided with pre-set processes, scripts, and frameworks to ensure a seamless and effective outreach approach. Your tasks will include:

– Sending DMs to e-commerce brands on Instagram, offering them a proposal video showcasing our services.
– Tracking daily outreach quantity and response rate to assess outreach effectiveness.
– Collaborating closely with our team to log accepted proposal videos on the tracker, and then relay back on IG once made for interested clients.
– Following up with clients strategically to maximize response rates and minimize follow-up times.
– Maintaining a meticulous and organized approach to client selection and communication.
