JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

We are looking for a Marketing Analyst who will spearhead the development of the company’s growth initiatives and be responsible for building and running the strategy around digital acquisition. The ideal candidate for this role should have a solid background in digital marketing and data analysis and be a highly analytical and self-driven individual and team leader.

A. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the following tasks:

* Creating and implementing a marketing plan in line with overall business objectives while balancing longer-term strategic brand-building activities, lead generation, and quick wins to achieve targets.
* Foster collaboration and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives across various marketing functions including performance marketing, events, social media, product marketing, and partnership.
* Using data and analytics for decision-making and measuring marketing effectiveness as well as creating a culture of structured tests, data inspection, and iteration
* Monitoring and reporting on growth metrics and key performance indicators
* Drive top-line results to hit weekly, quarterly, and annual growth target
* Manage the marketing budget to drive sustainable bottom-line growth and establish revenue and spending models that enable optimal allocation and ROI-positive management
* Led market research, creating a competitive analysis, and developing new channels
* Providing strategic guidance and leadership to support overall business growth and success

B. Strong Candidate’s experience and qualifications will include:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
* 3+ years of experience as a Marketing Analyst – holistic growth planning, research, forecasting, execution and performance analysis
* Proven expertise in integrating systems and data across digital and growth marketing, sales, and product
* Strong understanding of the digital landscape including channel knowledge in marketing metrics, data retrieval, analysis, modeling, and visualization
* Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability; strong knowledge of statistics including experimental design for optimization, statistical significance, confidence intervals, and predictive analytics techniques.
* SQL Skills to tap into our data pipeline will be a plus.
* Active team player, self-directed, and able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work independently with minimal direction and supervision
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
