The Email Marketing & Admin Assistant will be crucial in supporting our marketing efforts and ensuring smooth administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for email marketing, graphic design and copywriting, exceptional organisational skills, and a proactive approach to administrative tasks. A big bonus is if you’re interested in fashion!

Primary Responsibilities:

Email Marketing:

– Develop, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture leads
– Write and design impactful emails that engage with the audience, drive conversions, and elevate the brand’s online presence..
– Create compelling and visually appealing email content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
– Segment email lists based on engagement levels and other relevant criteria.
– Monitor and report on email marketing performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
– Must know the best practices and emerging trends in email marketing.

Graphic Design:

– Design eye-catching visuals for various marketing materials, including social media posts, banners, and promotional materials.
– Ensure that all designs align with brand guidelines, resonate with the target audience, but also effectively resonate the brand’s unique story and message.

Website:

– Create Landing pages for promotional activity using a WordPress & Elementor (we can provide training)

Blog Writing:

– Generate high-quality, SEO-friendly content for the company blog that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience.
– Research industry-related topics to produce informative and engaging blog posts.
– Promote our blog posts across social media channels such as Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram
– Incorporate blog content into broader marketing initiatives

Administrative Support:

– Provide administrative support including but not limited to scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and communicating with potential clients.
– Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and emails professionally.
– Assists in meetings, and other special projects.
– Maintain and update databases, records, and files in an organized and efficient manner.
– Assist with general clerical tasks to ensure a well-functioning work environment.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
– At least 1-2 years of proven experience in email marketing and graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.

Requirements:

– Strong proficiency in email marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Canva).
– Strong copywriting skills with the ability to tailor messaging to various audiences.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing trends.
– Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
– Proficient in Trello
– Familiarity with basic administrative tasks and office management.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
– Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
• Passion for the tea industry and willingness to understand all elements of the business across its various departments

Please note this is a long-term position for a very astute and detailed person who is committed to their work and wants to grow with the company.

IMPORTANT: Must be comfortable working UK hours; 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday UK hours
