We need an Experienced Female Marketing and Admin Assistant needed for a multidisciplinary designer specializing in food and wellness.

Are you exceptionally skilled in both verbal and written business communication? Are you an organized, detail and process-oriented person who can adapt to a fast-paced environment?

Main Tasks / Responsibilities
– Digital Marketing: Creating social content and graphics, doing effective marketing research for test materials.
– Graphic Design – must be able to do engaging graphics using Canva or Adobe.
– Community Management: Engaging people/students in the community through Slack, letting them know about events coming up and answering their inquiries and questions if any arise.
– Podcast Guest Management: Be able to send out information about our company, the owner, put the podcast recording date into the calendar, needs to share communication with collaboration brand.
– Project Management: Organizing and following through the tasks through Notion.
– Content: Can polish copy, blog, email marketing writing drafts would be more useful, especially caption writing or polishing keynotes.
– Other admin and personal tasks.

Must-have Skills / Qualities
> Digital marketing experience, specifically creating graphics and posts for at least 3 years.
> Project management experience. Must have intermediate to advanced experience in Notion. This role will be creating effective processes and tracking progress in Notion.

Skill preferences (NOT required, but will be a PLUS)
– SEO and Copywriting
– Knowledge in Accounting
– Knowledge in Keynote, Figma and Adobe

Budget, Hours, and Schedule
$10 – 15/hour, 10 – 20 hours/week with room to grow over time. Must be able to work in Pacific Time.
