Job Description

As the Virtual Marketing and Administrative Assistant to a Mortgage Broker, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing efforts and ensuring efficient administrative operations. This is a remote part time position. Looking for someone who will be proactive and innovative!

Key Responsibilities:

Newsletter Marketing:
Design and manage engaging content for monthly round up newsletters, highlighting mortgage tips, and promotional offers.
Create weekly template for mortgage news and updates to go out to business partners.
Manage subscriber lists and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
Analyze newsletter performance metrics and adjust strategies for optimization.
Collaborate with the owner to align newsletter content with overall marketing goals.

Virtual Administrative Support:
Provide virtual administrative assistance to Mortgage Broker
Manage CRM and add leads
Coordinate virtual meetings and conference calls, ensuring all participants are informed and prepared.
Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives.
Complete Special Projects as assigned
Provide virtual support during marketing events and promotions.

Social Media Management:
Curate and schedule content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Threads.
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster relationships with clients and industry partners.
Monitor social media analytics and report on key performance indicators.
Stay updated on industry trends and leverage social media for brand awareness and lead generation.

Qualifications:
Proven experience (1-2 years) in virtual marketing and administrative roles preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and social media management tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with mortgage/real estate industry terminology and processes is a plus.

Additional Information:
This is a part-time remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from any location.
This job does not require any client telephone contact.
Compensation will be based on qualifications and experience.
Bonuses may be available as well as the opportunity to become full time.
