Job Title: Marketing and Admin Assistant
Work hours: 30-40 hours/week
Timezone: Eastern European, Cyprus GMT+3
Initial work schedule: 9am to 6pm GMT+3, Mondays to Fridays
Rate: $6-7 per hour DOE

Job Overview: We are looking for a diligent and versatile Marketing and Admin Assistant to join our team. This role involves a blend of administrative and marketing responsibilities, essential for supporting our business operations and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should be proficient with GoHighLevel, Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ad Manager, and other key tools, with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
1. Customer Payment Management:
– Chase customers for unpaid payments via email.
– Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain accurate records of communications.
2. Data Management:
– Manage and update customer data in GoHighLevel (GHL).
– Ensure the CRM system is organized and up-to-date.
3. Ad Campaign Management:
– Set up and manage Facebook and Google ad campaigns.
– Monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI.
4. Email Campaigns:
– Set up email campaigns in GHL.
– Develop and schedule automated email sequences to engage and convert leads.
5. Landing Pages:
– Create and set up landing pages using GHL.
– Optimize landing pages for better conversion rates.
6. Social Media Management:
– Post content on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
– Maintain a consistent posting schedule and engage with followers.
7. Commission Tracking:
– Track and calculate commission payouts to sales reps using Google Sheets.
– Ensure accuracy and timeliness of commission payments.

Qualifications:
1. Must-Have Requirements:
– Proficiency in GoHighLevel, Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ad Manager, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Gmail, and Zapier.
2. Nice-to-Have Skills:
– Excellent English communication skills, with a slight accent being acceptable.
– Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
