Job Description

I am seeking a smart, resourceful, self-driven person to support my growing business. This individual will be finely attuned to details and experienced working with minimal direction from the entrepreneur/business owner.

ABOUT THE JOB
The Connect 2 Potential Marketing and Admin Manager will take on the following responsibilities, with more to be added over time:
• Support my social media strategy, helping with brainstorming and execution, and generally keeping me on track
• Create worksheets, social media, and other branded graphics using Canva
• Upload videos to Vimeo and do light editing
• Add courses and lessons in New Zenler (online course platform)
• Create and manage email campaigns and automations in Zoho Campaign
• Draft weekly client communications
• Conduct first-pass reviews of deliverables from my video editor
• Do a variety of administrative tasks to support my business

This relationship will start on a project basis and could expand to become an ongoing part-time gig.

I’m in the US, so I would assign projects throughout my workday, which I would need you to work on in your next workday.

ABOUT THE EMPLOYER
I’m a solo entrepreneur who is looking to create a support system within my business. I want to create a bigger impact by addressing higher-level work. That will only be possible if I find the right person to take certain responsibilities off my plate.

I’m a leadership coach who works 1:1 and with teams. I have a group coaching/training program for newer managers.

I’m very caring and compassionate, but I also hold high standards.

I’m based in Orlando, Florida.
