We are looking for Marketing and Admin Support.

– Able to work from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, PST
– Someone who has a minimum internet speed of at least 20mbps.

Job Descriptions:
– Executes all marketing campaigns based on a decision made by Marketing Manager.
-Answers all client emails or directs them to the relevant person as Program or Marketing Manager instructed.
-Produces marketing material, such as social media posts (videos, captions, hashtags, etc.), brochures, flyers, and other videos.
-Posts on all social media channels based on the marketing plan developed by the Marketing Manager.
-Supports the Program Manager in all necessary tasks.
-Provides stats and reports of social media accounts, website traffic, and all marketing campaigns to the Marketing Manager so data-driven decisions to improve results can be made.
-Under the supervision of the Marketing Manager, keeps Kong’s online presence, including website and social media accounts updated to ensure a positive user experience and promote engagement.
-As instructed by the Marketing Manager, reaches out to potential podcast guests and hosts.
-Edits all podcast interviews, videos, and other marketing material.
-Conducts market research based on Marketing Manager’s decision.
-Engages on social media with our followers and influencers.

Tools and Software: Google Suite, Social Media posting platform, and ActiveCampaign.
