**Overview:**
Prime Refrigeration is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Marketing and Administration Manager to join our team. This remote role combines marketing prowess with administrative expertise to support our company’s growth and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, generating leads proactively, undertaking executive assistant and quoting tasks, and playing a pivotal role in our leadership team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– **Social Media Management:** Develop and implement strategies to enhance our presence on social media platforms, engaging with our audience, and promoting our brand effectively.

– **Proactive Lead Generation:** Employ innovative techniques to identify and attract potential leads to support business growth.

– **Reporting:** Regularly provide insightful reports directly to the Managing Director, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.

– **Executive Assistant Tasks:** Perform a range of administrative tasks to support the Managing Director, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.

– **Quoting Tasks:** Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for potential clients, contributing to our sales and customer service efforts.

– **Graphic Design and Canva Skills:** Create engaging visuals for social media, marketing materials, and presentations to enhance brand awareness and appeal.

– **PowerPoint Skills:** Develop compelling presentations for internal and external stakeholders to communicate ideas and reports effectively.

– **ServiceM8 Software Experience:** Utilize ServiceM8 to manage jobs, scheduling, and customer interactions, enhancing service delivery (ideal but not required).

– **CapCut or Video Editing Skills:** Produce and edit videos for marketing campaigns and social media content, adding a dynamic element to our digital presence.

– **Ignition CRM Software Experience:** Use Ignition CRM to manage customer relationships and data (good to have but not necessary).

**Qualifications:**

– **Language Skills:** Exceptional command of the English language, with flawless written and verbal communication skills.

– **Educational Background:** A university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

– **Proactive Mindset:** Demonstrated ability to take initiative, think ahead, and anticipate needs before they arise.

– **Leadership Experience:** Prior experience in a leadership role, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving business objectives.

– **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, video editing software like CapCut, and familiarity with ServiceM8 and Ignition CRM software.
