Marketing and Administrative Specialist
Job Description:
Kreais Companies is seeking a talented and versatile Virtual Marketing and Administrative Specialist based in the Philippines to join our team. This role involves managing the marketing efforts for our diverse portfolio of properties, including residential properties for lease and commercial properties for sale, development, and adaptive reuse. Additionally, the role will support the marketing needs of the company, the personal brand of the developer, and handle various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for our residential and commercial properties
– Create and manage content for social media, websites, and other marketing channels
– Design and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, PPC, and SEO
– Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights
– Collaborate with our team to create compelling marketing materials, such as brochures, videos, and virtual tours
– Manage the marketing efforts for the company and the personal brand of the developer, including social media presence, public relations, and content creation
– Conduct market research to identify potential tenants and buyers for commercial properties
– Target and reach out (email and phone) to potential tenants and buyers, including both local businesses and broader markets
– Maintain and update leads in HubSpot CRM
– Ensure continuous and effective marketing efforts for commercial properties under due diligence, including those for sale, in development, and adaptive reuse projects
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our marketing efforts remain effective and innovative
– Perform administrative tasks such as moving emails into SharePoint document libraries and other weekly tasks as needed
Requirements:
– Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or a related industry
– Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising, and SEO
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
– Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management platforms
– Familiarity with Microsoft products, including Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint
– Experience with HubSpot CRM or similar CRM tools
– Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content
– Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Ability to conduct market research and make targeted outreach to potential tenants and buyers
– Based in the Philippines, with reliable internet access for remote work
