Marketing and community manager

Job Description
Responsible for the expansion of cryptocurrency users in the global market.
Utilize major marketing channels on various platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, Discord, Reddit, and Stemilt, including user communities.
Create engaging content and activities to attract and increase crypto user engagement, enhance brand awareness, track and manage promotional activities, evaluate their effectiveness, and continuously improve them.
Create and execute effective marketing plans to achieve user growth.
Gather and analyze user data, maintain strong customer relationships, build customer loyalty, and improve customer retention rates.
Manage Discord & Telegram channels, including moderation and engaging the community
Explore other avenues for community engagement, such as Reddit, and in-person opportunities
Analyze online community performance (e.g. for Discord and Telegram), including key metrics and ROI, and adjust tactics as needed to fulfil goals
Drive the creation of community-sourced content, including blog posts, graphics, tweets, etc. Ensure that this content abides by our brand guidelines, both in terms of visuals and narrative
Be the community’s voice by reporting community developments, data-driven insights, and community feedback to the growth team
Continuously measure the success of community initiatives against business goals
Job Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, campaign management, or e-commerce marketing.
Familiarity with technical cryptocurrency terminology, processes, and services.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly and concisely express technical and non-technical concepts and provide insightful analysis.
Proficient in data analysis and staying up to date with industry trends.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, mass communication, multimedia arts, or related field.
Strong experience in the web3 space, with demonstrable previous involvement in web3 communities
Ability and willingness to actively manage a developer-focused Discord server
Sufficient technical expertise to engage with a developer community
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work remotely across multiple geographies, cultures, and time zones
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
Data-driven approach to measuring and growing community engagement
Excellent written communication skills in English
