Php 25,000 – Php 32,000 take home pay

Our client is a start-up company based in the UK that specializes in funding and installing solar panels on sizable industrial structures, producing guaranteed cheaper electricity costs to tenants. They’re seeking a Marketing and Content Assistant to join their team and help expand their reach and impact in the solar energy industry. The company was set up in 2022 and takes pride in fostering an entrepreneurial and inclusive culture as it grows its team.

About the Role:

As a Marketing and Content Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our client’s marketing and sales efforts. You will be responsible for creating persuasive and compelling proposals for potential solar installation clients, crafting engaging content and articles for marketing and PR initiatives, and maintaining a CRM system with up-to-date information. Additionally, you will provide support for various sales initiatives to help them grow the business and drive the mission forward. The position necessitates a minimum of 2 hours aligning with UK working hours each day, while the remaining 2 hours offer flexibility.

Responsibilities:

Generate compelling solar installation proposals by collaborating with the sales team to collect essential data, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, and meeting submission deadlines.

Manage and upkeep the CRM system by maintaining accurate client data, updating contact details, and recording client interactions.

Conduct research and produce reports that offer data-driven insights to support the sales and marketing teams.

Create compelling and informative content and articles for marketing initiatives, websites, and press releases that aim to educate the audience about the advantages of solar energy and the client’s services.

Stay informed about industry trends and integrate relevant information into the marketing content.

Provide comprehensive support to the sales team by preparing sales materials, and following up with clients.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in marketing or content creation

Capability to craft persuasive content and possess robust writing and editing skills

Proficient and comfortable in handling data to derive meaningful insights

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Passion for solar energy and sustainability

Key Performance Indicators:

Content Creation and Writing Skills: Ability to write persuasive and compelling content for proposals and marketing materials.

Research and Proactive Contribution: Competence in conducting research and providing input on potential article topics and is proactive in contributing independently to the marketing plan and content strategy.

Quality Improvement Over Time: Evolution from assembling basic content to writing fully polished pieces and advancement in writing skills and assumption of a more strategic role in content creation.

Adaptability to Branded Guidelines: Adaptation and alignment with the company’s tone of voice and branding guidelines.
