At Amanda Vang Team we are looking for an experienced Marketing and Creative Real Estate Virtual Assistant. We are looking for an individual who has creative writing skills, enjoys writing, repurposing videos, managing and growing social media channels. Video is the new marketing strategy and we need someone who is experienced in managing channels like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.

Amanda and Michael have been in the Real Estate Industry for 7 years now. We are a high producing team who service our clients in their real estate needs in buying and selling real estate. We have a YouTube channel to educate our future clients and need someone to help us manage and grow our views and subscribers.
Responsibilities
Website:
– SEO, research, creating blogs on new construction communities, neighborhoods/communities where I work, new developments in the area, restaurants, schools, local events, parks, school and real estate news.
– Create landing pages and create content
Social Media and Marketing:
– SEO, keyword search for YouTube videos and topics.
– Write YouTube scripts
– Oversee the video editor’s work. Review, provide feedback, verify editing from the video editor and make sure all the changes are done correctly. Proofread for grammar and English phrasing.
– Creating and reviewing thumbnails in Canva and making sure they meet the standards before uploading to YouTube.
– Manage YouTube channel – be up to date on the new changes, respond to comments, etc.,
– Repurpose videos from the video editor to Facebook, LinkedIn, and IG.
– Manage my IG and be up to date on all the new changes and learn how to grow the channel.
– You will be managing videos on real estate, cooking, traveling, and vlog.
– Post and create content for IG, FB and LinkedIn
– Create email newsletter
Back End
– Create and maintain SOPs (standard operating procedures)

Qualifications
– 5 years experience in social media management
– 5 years experience in YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
– 5 years creative content writing and blogging
– Excellent English speaking, writing and English grammar
– 5 years in SEO experience
– 5 years Real Estate Experience preferred
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– High attention to detail
– Marketing skills – social media, print, and web-based
