Role
The Marketing and Digital Strategy Coordinator will be instrumental in spearheading our company’s marketing initiatives, focusing on brand development, market research, and digital marketing strategies. This role demands a proactive and creative individual capable of understanding market trends and translating them into effective strategies to drive revenue and product development.
Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Research:
Conduct in-depth brand research, market research, and marketing research to gather actionable insights.
Develop comprehensive marketing strategies, outlining clear objectives, target audiences, and key messaging.
Execute marketing strategies, measuring performance and adjusting tactics to optimize reach and engagement.
Digital Marketing Execution:
Create, manage, and optimize ads across multiple digital platforms, including Meta, YouTube, X, Native Platforms, and Google.
Spearhead outreach strategy, buildout, and optimization, ensuring brand consistency and message alignment across all channels.
Oversee funnel performance, report key metrics, and continually refine strategies for maximum efficiency and impact.
Campaign and Budget Management:
Manage campaign budgets effectively, allocating resources wisely to achieve the best ROI.
Continuously analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize spend and campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with the product development team to ensure that marketing strategies align with product offerings and market positioning.
Brand Management & Product Development Interface:
Undertake brand management tasks, ensuring that all marketing efforts reinforce the brand’s identity and values.
Act as a liaison between marketing and product development teams, integrating customer feedback and market insights into product evolution and package updates.
Results
Measurable growth in brand awareness and market share, demonstrated through increased engagement metrics and market penetration.
Effective and efficient digital campaign management, evidenced by optimized ad performance, funnel conversion rates, and a positive ROI on marketing spend.

Requirements
