Role Overview:
The Marketing and Executive Support Coordinator plays a pivotal role in blending administrative and marketing support to enhance operational efficiency and marketing execution. This hybrid position requires an individual adept at managing executive tasks while also contributing to the marketing team’s efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
Manage and prioritize multiple inboxes with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
Organize calendars to ensure alignment with executive priorities and optimal workflow management.
Facilitate project management efforts and serve as a liaison to ensure seamless communication and task execution.
Coordinate appointments, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills.

Marketing Support:

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
Review designs and content to ensure adherence to brand standards.
Organize projects, facilitating the creation of production schedules and adherence to deadlines.
Schedule and publish social media posts.
Support in the creation of images and videos for advertising campaigns.

Success Metrics:

Improvement in operational efficiency and reduction in executive administrative burden.
Effective contribution to marketing projects, evidenced by on-time completion and quality of work.
Enhanced project management and communication within the team.

Ideal Candidate:
Possesses a positive attitude, with a proactive and resilient approach to tasks.
Has a strong background in both administrative and marketing roles, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable with technology and adaptable to new tools and processes.
Able to work effectively across functions and with a diverse team.

Experience Required:
At least 3 years of successful experience working graveyard shifts, preferably in a remote setting.
Proven track record in executive or administrative assistant roles, with experience in marketing or related fields.
Familiarity with digital marketing, project management, and client interaction.

Location:
This is a remote position. Candidates must be based in the Philippines and comfortable working US hours (graveyard shift in PH).
