As the Marketing Manager for Alappaa Inc., and multiple sister companies you will be responsible for developing and implementing our overall marketing strategy. This includes creating and executing campaigns across a variety of platforms and mediums, with a focus on video and photography content, pay-per-click management on Google Ads, Meta, other advertising platforms, and graphic design skills for digital and print marketing materials.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives
• Create and execute campaigns across various platforms and mediums, including social media, email, and events
• Manage the production of video and photography content, including concept development, scripting, shooting, and editing
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure that all content is on-brand and consistent in terms of style and messaging
• Manage the company’s website and social media accounts (including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube), ensuring that they are up-to-date and engaging
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve results
• Manage the company’s pay-per-click campaigns on Google Ads and the Meta advertising platform, including keyword research, ad copywriting, and monitoring performance
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources accordingly
• Stay current with industry trends and changes and incorporate them into the marketing strategy as needed
• Create and monitor email marketing campaigns as needed
• Interview and create story testimonials from customers that hit our target markets
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field OR minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with experience in construction, manufacturing, homes, cabins or related industry preferred
• Strong experience in content creation, particularly videography and photography with Sony, Nikon, and DJI camera systems
• Strong experience in PPC management and optimization, including Google Ads and Meta advertising platform.
• Adept in modifying website content using WordPress or similar software.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions for peak effectiveness
• Strong management, communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners and take the initiative knowing which strategy is best for business growth.
• Proficient in relevant marketing tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, PPC management platforms, and analytics tools.
• 3D modelling & animation a plus but not necessary.
