To support RBK Marketing with admin, the marketing services it provides to its clients as well as its own marketing and promoting new work.

SKILLS
In addition to having excellent verbal and written communication skills, you’ll need to use the applications we listed below. You don’t need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them.
-Web research using search engines like Google
-Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint
-Gmail and other email applications
-Google Docs/Sheets/Slides/Calendar
-Communications -Google Chat/Meet
-Project and Time management software
-Trello//Drop Box
-CRM management- Hubspot/Zoho

We’re looking for someone who can grow with us and rise from the ranks. If you have the following skills, this can help you but are not essential as training will be provided.
-Social media management /FB/Meta/Instagram/LinkedIn/Twitter
-Social Media Reports
-WordPress-Blog Posts/Content Page Updates
-Google Implementation – GA4/GSC/GMB
-Knowledge of Adobe suite/HootSuite/Canva

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Send a daily report through email, detailing completed and ongoing tasks. Managing of tasks assigned and complete according to timelines set– /Trello
-Following RBK existing processes for e-filing and document management. Organising and putting in place procedures that will help the smooth running of the business including our e-filing system
-Organize the emails that come in. Remove spam. Respond to email. Forward emails to respective departments.
-Liaising with internal and external contacts.
-Adhering to RBK brand guidelines for client document preparation.
-Update list of contacts in relevant CRM (HubSpot) and organize them according to the right categories.
-Where necessary planning events and calendars for meetings
-Assist with all aspects of social media.
