Key Responsibilities:

Influencer Outreach:

Identify and connect with potential influencers across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
Analyze the alignment of potential influencers with the brands we represent, ensuring an organic fit for collaborations.
Document and maintain a structured list of potential influencers, their details, and engagement statistics in Google Sheets.
Social Media Engagement:

Answer inquiries and engage with followers on our clients’ social media platforms, providing top-notch customer service and brand representation.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to ensure consistent brand voice and swift response times.
Goal Achievement:

Meet or exceed set outreach and engagement targets on a weekly/monthly basis.
Regularly report on outreach and engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations for strategy refinement.
Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media marketing or influencer outreach.
Proficiency with platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Familiarity with Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet tools.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
A proactive approach, with a keen eye for detail and a strong desire to learn.
Special Application Requirement:

Candidates must send a brief video introducing themselves in English as part of the application process. This will be used to assess your language proficiency and communication skills.
