The successful candidate will work closely with our team on various initiatives aimed at lead generation, brand-building, and driving business growth.
Your Key Responsibilities:
– Podcast Research and Promotion: Support with admin, coordination of freelancers and research for our podcast, The Lucent Perspective, and promote it across various platforms with the objective of building a following
– LinkedIn Management: Ensure that LinkedIn profiles for the team are polished, updated, and reflect our brand’s professional image. Draft LinkedIn posts for the team and company to drive engagement and increase visibility.
– Content Creation: Draft engaging social media posts and graphics in Canvas. Take ownership of creating and editing short video and carousel content for social media using Canva.
– Lead Generation and Email Campaigns: Add prospects to email campaigns and draft Dripify campaigns that you will help to create and manage. Use lead generation tools to attract and convert potential clients.
– Website and Blog Updates: Assist with updating and maintaining our website and blogs, keeping them fresh and relevant. Perform basic SEO tasks, including keyword research, to help improve our online visibility.
– AdHoc Projects: Helping to build lead magnets, landing pages and campaigns such as an annual salary survey
Essential Skills and Experience:
• Proficiency in Canva, Wix or similar, LinkedIn (Sales Navigator ideally), Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Asana, and ChatGPT.
• Experience with short video editing and production.
• Experience managing the creation and distribution of an email newsletter.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creativity skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Desirable Skills:
• Experience with , Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and lead generation tools such as SalesQL and Lusha.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles.
• Experience helping to support the marketing of a podcast.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
