Marketing Assistant Virtual Assistant

Location: Remote

We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Marketing Assistant Virtual Assistant to join our remote team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our marketing efforts, including appointment setting, email correspondence, and various other tasks to help our clients grow their businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Appointment Setting:

Initiate outbound calls to potential clients or partners to schedule appointments for our marketing team.
Maintain a clear and organized calendar of appointments.
Email Correspondence:

Draft and send professional and engaging emails on behalf of the company or clients.
Manage email communication efficiently and respond promptly to inquiries.
Marketing Support:

Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content for social media, newsletters, and other promotional materials.
Administrative Tasks:

Provide general administrative support such as data entry, file organization, and document preparation.
Help manage client databases and CRM systems.
Communication and Collaboration:

Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and clients.
Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
Video Editing (optional):

If you possess video editing skills, you may assist in editing marketing videos as needed.
Qualifications:

Exceptional English speaking and writing skills.
Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales is a plus.
Proficient in email etiquette and communication.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of marketing principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software) is a plus but not required.
Additional Information:

This is a remote position, so a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are necessary.
The initial position is part-time, with the potential to transition to a full-time role based on performance and business needs.
