Responsibilities:
GHL Management:
Manage and actively contribute to the development of marketing and sales functions on Global Hospitality Logistics (GHL).
Utilize GHL chat functions for efficient and effective communication within the team.
Marketing Systems and Automation:
Design, build, and optimize new marketing systems and automation processes to streamline workflows.
Sales and Marketing Funnels:
Develop and manage sales and marketing funnels to facilitate effective lead generation and conversion.
Sales Pipeline Management:
Oversee and manage the sales pipeline to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, collaborating with the sales team.
Prospective Outreach:
Utilize social media and email channels for outreach to potential owners and managers, maintaining a professional and engaging communication style.
Data Entry Projects:
Handle ad-hoc data entry projects with extreme attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and upkeep.
Sales Material Creation:
Assist in the creation and distribution of sales materials, including brochures, presentations, and proposals.
Message Consistency:
Ensure a consistent and cohesive message across all marketing and sales materials for brand coherence.
Online Lead Generation:
Implement online strategies for lead generation, including email marketing campaigns and online advertising.
Digital Tools Utilization:
Effectively use digital tools such as Go High-Level, Google Workspace, Chat GPT, Trello, Slack, YouTube, WhatsApp, Zoom, GoDaddy, Signpost, and other tech platforms as needed for identifying and qualifying potential leads.
Documentation:
Document processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for future reference, contributing to organizational knowledge.
Must show websites created and workflows of work from previous clients.
Qualifications:
Strong experience using Go High-Level (GHL) Software.
Exceptional written and verbal English language skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Social media experience for professional outreach.
Proven ability to create and optimize processes.
Excellent typing skills with high accuracy.
Strong problem-solving skills and critical reading ability.
Proficiency in working with multiple technology platforms, including Google Workspace, Chat GPT, Trello, Slack, YouTube, WhatsApp, Zoom, GoDaddy, Signpost, Streamyard, and other tech platforms that may be tested.
