Job Description

MK&S Constructions Pty Ltd is a growing residential construction company based in North-Western Sydney, Australia. Due to our expansion, we’re looking for a full time Virtual Assistant with a focus on Marketing and Sales. The successful applicant will complete day to day admin tasks to help our office run efficiently. You will work very closely with the owner, Steve Karas. Your income and bonus rewards will be based on previous experience. There is also room to grow in the company. We want someone who wants to do everything they can to help grow the company. In return, your income will reflect this with room to increase with experience.

Administration Tasks:

-Squarespace website management
-Lead Generation
-Creating marketing strategies for the local market
-SEO and Google (Making sure we are highly rated on google)
-Administration tasks
-CRM management of email triage, create and mapping out our sales pipeline and developing efficient organisational systems to track client pipeline
-Graphic design for all social media
-Updating calendar
-Organising your own calendar making sure you are keeping busy throughout the work day.

Position Requirements:

-Proficient with all Google apps
-Experience on Canva
-Experience with Squarespace
-High Level of English, ideally can speak good english
-Strong organisational skills
-Details Oriented and strong communication skills
-Applicant must have a positive attitude towards growth in the company
-Applicant must present ideas and systems to help grow the company
-Applicants must have good common sense and apply logic to everyday tasks.

Execute the Sales & Marketing tasks
-Onboarding through MK&S Marketing Training modules
-Create and manage a content calendar for all social media apps
-Book, confirm agenda and run a monthly meeting
-Present all marketing material for sign-off two weeks in advance
-Set the schedule then publish all online marketing against the content calendar
-Update website as required
-Create ad strategies (Facebook, Google, Instagram)
-Create Lookbook, WOW pack and Presentation of Quote documents
-Run as required, request for testimonial and case study with clients. Get them to review on google
-Come up with new avenues for lead generation and new marketing strategies

What we can offer you:

-Flexible hours. Preferably align your time zone with as much of the East Australian time zone as possible. There will be very specific metrics to be met and you must be contactable within those hours.

-After 24 months of service, the possibility of all expenses paid, trip to Australia to meet us. Depending on profitability, we may be able to include a family member or two. This would be an incentive to work as hard as you can to grow the company.
