We are a fully remote software agency specializing in Salesforce CRM implementation, development, and maintenance for a diverse range of clients, with a particular focus on nonprofit organizations. As our business grows, we are seeking a talented and versatile Marketing and Salesforce Research Specialist to join our team. This role encompasses two main areas of responsibility: marketing and Salesforce research.
Responsibilities:
Marketing:
– Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to support business growth, with a focus on leveraging LinkedIn as the primary platform.
-Create engaging content for LinkedIn posts, aiming for at least one to two posts per day, highlighting case studies, testimonials, and client updates.
-Update and maintain the case studies section of our website, regularly showcasing the value we bring to businesses.
-Generate monthly email newsletters for our client base, summarizing recent projects, achievements, and relevant industry news.
-Collaborate with the team to gather information and convert it into articles, social media posts, and other marketing collateral.
-Assist with the creation of visual assets, including images and slides for webinars or presentations.
-Research and identify trade shows, events, and other marketing opportunities suitable for our target audience.
Salesforce Research:
-Conduct thorough research on software applications that integrate with Salesforce, such as email marketing platforms, and compile a comprehensive list of viable options.
-Evaluate the features, integration capabilities, and pricing of each application and document them in a detailed spreadsheet.
-Collaborate with the team to determine the specific requirements and features needed from these software applications.
-Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in Salesforce and related technologies to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
Requirements:
-Proficiency in marketing strategies and experience with content creation for professional platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
-Strong research and analytical skills to identify, evaluate, and compare software applications relevant to Salesforce integration.
-Familiarity with Salesforce CRM concepts and functionalities, though programming skills are not required.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating engaging and compelling content.
-Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
-Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote team environment.
-Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and software platforms.
