We have excellent and hardworking Marketing, Sales and Customer Service teams who offer added value to all of our customers, small and large, across the United Kingdom, through their passion, technical expertise and close relationships with of all our printer manufacturers.

We are currently looking for an addition to our Digital Marketing team and there has never been a better time to join us. This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic career minded individual to join us to learn and develop a long-term career in Social Media & Content management. The successful candidate will be learning, helping, supporting, and contributing to the wider business, and all our social media and general website content marketing activities whilst reporting to our Digital Marketing manager.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Monthly salary will be up to 56,000 PHP (Approximately $1,000) depending on experience/skills.

Job Role:
As a Marketing and Social Media Assistant, your main role and responsibilities will include:

– General marketing support (Creating and updating website products, promotions and offers)
– A good understanding of the social media landscape, driving new initiatives, and keeping up to date with industry innovations.
– Planning, creating, and executing a robust content and social media strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
– Monthly and weekly website content planning, creation and uploading.
– Daily, weekly, and monthly social media calendar planning, scheduling, and execution.
– Daily monitoring of our social inbox(s), engaging and responding to any comments and questions where appropriate.
– Daily, weekly, and monthly analysis and reporting on social channels through web platforms, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics.
– Plan and execute our social media communications before, during and after events. Monitor and share social media posts during events.
– Analysing and creating social media reports through Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio or similar
– Creating, proofing, and managing website products and general content.
– Contribute ideas and strategies to broaden our social media presence for brand awareness.
– An opportunity to create and publish content on our WordPress news blog.
– Working closely with members of the marketing team, other departments and be the ‘go to’ person for colleagues for social media support and advice.
– Be able to contribute ideas to the wider business as a whole

Skills and Experience Required:
– Numbers, data and analytical minded
– Ability to manage changing priorities and complexity well
– Interest, basic knowledge, or experience with the main social media platforms
– Basic knowledge or experience with Hootsuite and Canva is plus but not required
– Google Analytics and WordPress experience is a plus but not required
– Excellent written, spoken English and communication skills
– Ability to create and design graphics is a plus but not required
– Good use of Microsoft Office and Excel
– Be Able to Learn and follow instructions
– Attention to detail and punctuality is a must
– Ability to think and work independently, and within a team
– Accuracy and Attention to detail in all aspects of the role
– Previous knowledge and use of Microsoft Teams, Slack or similar is a plus but not required
– Previous knowledge and use of Zoom video conferencing or similar is a plus but not required

Any other terms regarding holidays, sick days will be outlined on our starting email. This can be requested if preferred.

Requirements
– 40 hours Full time role so this should be your only job (Mon to Fri)
– Excellent written, spoken English and communication skills
– Be available online during our UK working hours 8am to 5pm UK time. Must always be available from 8am to 2pm UK time (Hours can be discussed and adjusted to suit PH time zones)

Communication and Video Interviews
Communication will be via Microsoft Outlook Email, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google meet, or similar video conferencing.
