Marketly is a full-service marketing consulting agency for professional services, like real estate, law, insurance, and other consultants. We offer clients a spectrum of services from establishing their brand to gaining market share with diverse and productive digital ads campaigns. We provide clients with “high touch” service with lots of communication about status and going above and beyond the standard set of expectations.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a new Team member who will bring experience and fresh perspective to complete creative requests, provide bandwidth to support growth, and achieve our client’s goals. A marketing maestro: # of years of experience in marketing, social media, and graphic design, ideally with a touch of website and video editing. What experience should you bring?
You should have at least 2 years of proven experience in marketing, social media, and graphic design. Ideally, you also should have experience with editing videos and building or editing websites. You should be creative and A keen eye for aesthetics, enjoy following trends, or learning to use new creative tools. You should understand what brand guidelines are, how to use them, and follow them to maintain brand integrity for multiple brands with unique identities. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok. Your social media experience should include content strategy, creating ads, and reviewing ad data.

You communicate proactively and clearly to advance goals. You should act with urgency, manage time effectively, and make independent decisions to complete a project. You should have excellent spoken and written communication skills. You are someone who actively listens and has the ability to read between the lines and distill a goal. You should have a penchant for improvement, thinking “good enough” could be better. You are someone who frequently shares ideas for improvement.

What will you do?
You will use your creativity and experience to execute on the creation of marketing collateral and social media projects. As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to that creates engagement, increase brand awareness and drive business objectives. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, and be well-versed in the latest social media trends and platforms.

You will work alongside the team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that achieve client objectives. Projects vary from gathering data, creating direct mail pieces, planning and executing social media content, building web pages and blogs, setting up digital ad campaigns, strategizing with team members. Your daily workload will be varied, but mostly cyclical in nature as projects re-occur weekly or monthly. You will take initiative to independently complete your daily workload, requesting input and guidance from the team. You will take pride in ownership and over the quality of your work, reviewing and proofing before making it ready for review. You will communicate frequently with Team members and clients.

What tools will you use?
You will use marketing and creative tools like Canva, MailChimp, Social Media Platforms, video editing apps (like iMovie, Canva, etc.), productivity tools like and Toggl Time Tracker, communication tools like Gmail, Zoom, Google Voice, Slack, and at times client-specific tools like MLSListings, Sisu, FollowupBoss, Brivity, etc.

How will you be successful?
You will show success in this role by meeting benchmarks outlined in this role’s 30-60-90 day evaluation intervals. The first 30 days are considered a “ramp” period in which you are becoming familiar with internal operations and gaining general footing in your role. In the first 30 days, you will be successful by assisting other team members with projects and completing your project workload. By 60 days, you should show a genuine interest in solving problems, improving projects, and creating your own goals. By 90 days, you should show ownership of projects, taking pride in your work and work and successfully completing a 360 evaluation.
