Job Description

We are a Australian Company and growing fast within Australia.
We are need a marketing Guru who can work in our office in Cebu City with some other team members we have there already..
You need to be a very proactive person with a lot of personality and drive, who is creative, innovative and has a fairly high D personality (in Disc Profile) can work well with a team.

Experience working with larger businesses could be a good thing and if in construction related industry that could also be a bonus.
However you must have strong range of marketing including social media, experience, and no how to create, arrange and implement marketing campaigns within a budget.

As our marketing Guru, you will completely manage and operate our marketing department and will also be very hands on.
You will be active in researching, enabling the understanding of our company, the industry, our competitors or like minded businesses, then creating tailored marketing solutions and a growth strategy / plan, as a result of those findings.

You would also work as a support person for the sales team using your marketing expertise in creating needed product, videos, posts and “how to install” support material marketing, for our website and internal sales…etc……

– Social media scheduling/ creation / analysis for ROI
– Content creation (product brochures, technical data sheets, logos, flyers, simple videos)
– Simple website edits (willing to learn how to use Odoo our ERP interface)
– New product or even service offering Campaigns (you arrange work with team for ideas and strategies to create videos, brochures, posts, update images on website or if needed outsource to specialist after done costings)
– Blog Writing ( we could provide topics + some information )
– Create attractive Email outs , make / use templates
– SEO keywords & Description entering on website
– Email banner creation (use canva)
– Email templates creation
– Automation of Emailouts and email chain or SMS chain to customer base weekly
– Social media (look after posting on Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
– Monthly reporting (Google Analytics, Social Media, Website)

* Start very hands on doing as much as possible yourself
* You are Willing to learn then take ownership for tasks that are ongoing and keep them on track
* You are a Positive person that can see a glass half full … not half empty
* You think long term and want to work a min 4-5 years
* You are willing to constantly learn new things and ideas and grow with the company
* You sent goals both personally and Business wise
* You Don’t have to be constantly spoon fed you have your own initiative and proactive not reactive
* you Can do your own research once learnt basics
* you Can work within deadlines and strive to meet KPIs and targets
* You are a Focused person and Systematic person who understands goal of Automation and Systematizing marketing

We already have an engineer and purchasing person working for us full time in CEBU City and hope to have an office there in later half of this year.
So although you may start working from another location, PLEASE Be AWARE once office is open to keep your role you MUST be willing and able to go to the Cebu City office each and every day and not work from home or remote.

Once you are proving yourself and getting results, we will pay to fly you out to Australia at least 2 times a year for a week or so to get hands on and meet the team.
