Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented and motivated Medical Marketing and Social Media Management Virtual Assistant to join our team and help us elevate our brand presence across various digital platforms. As a Medical Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in doing lead generation by making cold calls and email marketing for a laboratory or medical clinics. You will also be responsible for updating and managing the social media sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media channels in a timely manner.
Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement email marketing campaigns.
Assist in developing content for blog posts, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
Make cold calls to Laboratory/Medical clinics to generate leads.
Email marketing materials to leads that were created.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a virtual assistant or administrative assistant, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and empathetic demeanor.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in using technology and software applications, including EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and healthcare regulations is highly desirable.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines and other regulatory requirements.
Flexible schedule availability to accommodate varying shifts and workload demands.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in medical administration or related fields are a plus.
