Position Overview:
We’re searching for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing and Social Media Marketing Coordinator to join our team in a full-time remote role. In this multifaceted position, you will manage social media marketing, customer relationships, and lead email campaign activities.
This is a full-time remote position, requiring availability during Central Standard US Hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break.
Key Responsibilities:
Email Campaigns:
-Develop and launch email marketing campaigns targeting B2B clients.
-Segment email lists based on client personas and industry.
-Craft personalized email content tailored to different segments.
-Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics.
-Collaborate with the sales team to align email campaigns with sales objectives.
-Design visually appealing email templates and graphics.
-Utilize automation tools to streamline the email campaign process.
-Implement A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, and calls-to-action.
Social Media Marketing:
– Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to grow online conversions.
– Maintain and enhance our social media presence.
– Engage with our community, fostering relationships with D2C and B2B partners.
– Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
– Maintain a social media calendar and track performance.
– Derive actionable insights from data analytics.
– Craft engaging and compelling social media copy.
LinkedIn Marketing:
-Develop and execute LinkedIn marketing strategies to expand our professional network.
-Create engaging LinkedIn posts and articles to showcase our brand and products.
-Engage with industry professionals, potential clients, and partners on LinkedIn.
-Utilize LinkedIn analytics to track the performance of posts and campaigns.
Video Marketing:
-Develop video marketing strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.
-Create and edit compelling video content for social media platforms.
-Collaborate with the creative team to storyboard and produce video content.
-Utilize video analytics to measure the effectiveness of video marketing campaigns.
Customer Relationship Management:
– Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
– Respond to inquiries and concerns in a timely and friendly manner.
– Offer solutions that align with our brand’s values.
Qualifications:
– Strong communication skills in English.
– Aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail.
– Strong research and problem-solving skills.
– Collaborative team player open to feedback.
– Eager to learn and driven by growth.
– Organized with project management skills.
– Minimum of 2 years in social media marketing, customer service, marketing, or PR.
– Proficiency in LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram, Google Suite
– Project management tools such as Clickup preferred
– Full-time availability.
