Role Overview:
As a Specialist, Marketing Assets, you assist the marketing team in developing tools that drive mid-funnel leads. This includes creating simple-to-use templates and calculators that help our Pros save time and money in their jobs. You take pride in the quality and usefulness of the work you deliver. You are self motivated, with the ability to work autonomously. You know how to balance multiple tasks and follow processes. You are a troubleshooter, can spot when there is a problem, and take steps to resolve the issue. You are a curious learner who has the desire to always improve your skills and the work you deliver.

What you do each day:
Build templates within Google sheets to streamline a Pro’s day-to-day workflow
Create online tools that help Pros calculate job tasks efficiently and accurately
Research marketplace and competitor offerings that inform asset requirements
Write requirements and create wire frames that are reviewed and approved by SEO manager
Follow established formats and guidelines to take the asset requirements from inception to completion
Provide recommendations to optimize and simplify usability within templates and tools
Troubleshoot and find solutions to resolve issues that arise during the build process
Write clear and concise instructions on how to use each asset
Maintain productivity targets defined for each asset assigned
Qualifications:
1+ year experience writing content
1+ year experience creating spreadsheets (i.e. Google sheets, Excel)
Fluency in arithmetic and basic understanding of algebra
Proven ability to create formulas and utilize functions within spreadsheets

Strong communication skills with the ability to understand customer needs
*Duration: This position is initially offered as a short-term contract for 11 weeks, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.

Location Dependent Information
This role is open to candidates and the expected compensation range for this role is $1,200 – 1,375 USD/month. The specific compensation for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This is a full time independent contract role.
