About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and versatile Virtual Assistant to join our small marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management, campaign creation, ad development, and multimedia content production. This role requires a creative individual who can manage all aspects of marketing, from creating compelling visuals and videos to tracking trends and optimizing social media presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Develop and implement marketing campaigns and advertising strategies.
Create and design engaging content, including posters, graphics, and reels.
Edit and produce high-quality photos and videos for social media and marketing use.
Monitor and analyze social media trends to inform content creation and marketing strategies.
Write and schedule posts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and voice across all platforms.
Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and social media metrics.
Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing needs and tailor strategies accordingly.
Perform other marketing-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
Strong video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and detail.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements and deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in running paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
Proficiency in using social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer).
